In this document, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Avexovo IT Solution Private Limited, while "you," "your," “user,”and "users" signify our valued customers. By placing an order with us, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.   

Shipping Availability  

At present, we offer shipping services exclusively within India. At this moment, we are unable to process international deliveries.   

Order Processing & Dispatch  

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the necessary details.   

Estimated Delivery Timelines  

• Standard delivery generally takes 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location and the logistics provider.  
• External factors, such as weather conditions, operational disruptions, or high-demand periods, may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.  

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts  

• If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the courier will attempt delivery up to three times.  
• If all attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. You may request a re-dispatch, but additional shipping charges may apply.  

Handling Damaged or Missing Orders  

• Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours and provide clear images of the issue for resolution.  
• Lost Shipments: In case your order is not delivered, we will work with our logistics partners to arrange a replacement or process a refund.  

Special Shipping Conditions  

Certain products may have unique shipping requirements due to their size, weight, or fragile nature. Any such exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the respective product pages.
