RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Return Eligibility 

To qualify for a return, please ensure the following: 

  • The item has not been used, worn, or altered in any way. 
  • All packaging, labels, and tags must be intact and included. 
  • The return request must be initiated within the designated timeframe from the delivery date. 
  • Items that have been washed, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted. 

Returns that don’t meet these conditions may not be approved. 

Steps to Request a Return

  2. Provide Supporting Evidence – If returning due to damage or an incorrect item, attach clear images as proof. 
  3. Follow the Return Process – After reviewing your request, we’ll send you instructions on how to return the product. 

Refund Timeline & Process 

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and update you on the status of your refund. 
  • If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed. 

Partial Refunds 

In some cases, if the item does not fully meet return conditions, we may offer a partial refund based on our evaluation. 

Return Shipping Costs 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an issue on our part (such as a defective or incorrect item). 
  • Any shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable. 

Non-Returnable Products 

The following items cannot be returned: 

  • Customized or personalized products, unless damaged or defective upon arrival. 
  • Items missing original tags or packaging. 
  • Any item marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of ordering.
